日曜日は朝食が午前８時からスタートだが、午前８時に行ったら、受付の女性から部屋に帰るよう言われた。それを指摘しても謝らない。 そして、朝食が美味しくない。 私が持参した歯磨き粉のキャップを、清掃員が捨ててしまった。

美術館、コンセルトヘボウに近く、トラム乗り場がすぐ近くにあり、スーパーも近くて、最高のロケーションです。 チェックインは15時からで、早く着いたら待たされました。スタッフは親切で、部屋もきれい、エアコンも効いて、快適な滞在でした。またリピします。

It was pretty good about all of things. But the cleaning staff does not clean some points. And I couldn’t get a new towel sometimes. Other than that it was very good to stay.

Overall excellent. Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Shower was weak unfortunately. Other than that, I really love this hotel. Thank you so much!

Everything about this property is unique and next level. Right away the staff was great and got us acquainted with our room and gave us a small tour of the property. Nicknamed the garden room, our room was themed after a doctor that created the modern hospital. In it, was a marvelous (and kinda creepy) life sized metal skeleton artwork. The shower area opened to a private patio where we ate the delicious included breakfast. And the highlight was the trick bed, that hid the nightstand, safe, coffee bar, refrigerator, and 55” tv. Overall great location, amazing and friendly staff, and very good recommendations for food and our boat tour. It’s about a block from a street trolley station which took us conveniently in the two directions we always wanted to go. Stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout the years, this is top 5 because it’s so weirdly awesome.
