Lovely room, clean hotel and quiet but central location. Amazing value for money.

Rooms clean and beds comfortable with great air conditioning... The male concierge who checked us in was brilliant. My issue was with the one elevator and the room was small with the furniture and big bed which made it tricky to navigate, especially at night when going to the bathroom. It was also disappointing we weren't able to eat st the restaurants. I would give it another try and book a different room and check elevator.

The Oaks is a great place to stay. Large spacious unit, well equipped, clean and a great location.

The hotel feels dated which is most noticeable in the bathroom. The gym is substandard. The lobby and the dining area adjacent seems dim. Unfortunately lacking natural light
