Queensland Cheap Vacations

Was in a Family Suite which was clean, had plenty of room for everyone inc two balconies. Good location an easy 10-15min walk into Cavil Ave which means you are out of the hustle and bustle. You are two blocks from the beach. Parking can be hit or miss depending on what time you get back to the appartment, but there is plenty of street parking. Have to call out Denise from the front desk who was amazing. Really went out of her way prior and also once we arrived.

Clean room, friendly staff

Nice clean comfortable room. Unfortunately no designated smoking area. Had to go out on the street. Restaurant for breakfast was very ordinary too, compared with others.

I enjoyed my stay here. Convenient location at a reasonable price. Aquarium was just a 5 minute walk. I stayed 3 night and didn’t use the car. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room amentites can be improved. I understand we were there during the Christmas period and staff was not available, but some priority shud be given to existing customers who are already staying in the hotel and not only to new customers as the services were provided to the new customers only during this period
