Room was good, there was small issue with the 1st room but when I talked to the staff, he was quick to resolve it, moved me to a different room which was much cleaner, had things I needed. I really appreciated the service and willingness to help. I will see you in a few months.
PS- I have stayed here 5-6 times now, and every time I come to Toronto, I stay here because my experiences have been nothing less than amazing.

Clean room, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, albeit a bit odd. Close to union station and scotiabank arena (go raps!) only thing is, if i was being picky, the room was very small but we did choose the kingsize bed. All in 4/5 for me
