I felt like we were staying at a hostel not a hotel. Outdated room and decor. Old beds and beddings. I wouldn't recommend this place . Paying over $450 for one night seemed ridiculous. It is very old, and there was no advantage or comfort to staying there. The double bed felt like we were sleeping in a rental by the hour. Just know what to expect which is a dry place to stay.

We arrived at this hotel at 7 AM after sitting in the airport for almost 24 hours. The entire airport was shut down due to a storm. The staff at the hotel had us wait seven hours in the lobby before we could check in. We were told for an additional fee we could check in early. I don’t blame the staff for this. I’m sure it’s hotel policy. This was awful that staff did not have the ability to let us check in early. Everything about the hotel was fantastic other than the inability to allow us to check in early. Every single thing about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Obviously, the rooms are ready or they would not have offered them to us for an additional fee.

"Overall, the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The only minor issue was a slight, unusual smell when we first opened the door. It wasn’t strong or unpleasant, but it was noticeable. Perhaps the ventilation in the room could be improved. Other than that, we had a good stay."
