The property is nice, but the room is so cold (the hotel has no heat), unable to sleep. The towels are so old and thin, doesn't match the modern, newer looking property.

This hotel was used as a transit stop to airport and was very convenient. Rooms are basic but all you need and clean. The hotel has a big lounge where you can use if waiting for a flight. Gloria Outlets are close by if you want to venture out

This hotel is located at a very good location. Convenient and less crowded. Close by train station and public transport. A few train stops from the zoo and gondola rides. About 1hr 45 mins to Yehliu Geopark by public transport. About 30 mins to Raohe Night Market by public transport. About 20 mins to Taipei Main Station by public transport. About 45 mins to Taoyuan International airport. Breakfast is decent. Overall front desk staff are average. (Cleaners and Servers are friendly) No view when looking out from the window.

Good location and easy to find food.Mrt within walking distance.

Breakfast buffet was good. Clean room, staff was helpful.
