An excellent hotel if you want to be away from the busy city and malls. Clean , safe and amazing if you want to connect with nature. If you are coming Panama to shop I would not recommend staying here because it’s not close to the malls and the old city, it is out of the way . 10 mins away from the Panama Canal and hotel offers free shuttle to some places. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly and rooms were great , I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful lobby and rooms great friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was limited and not very good. Hotel room windows were very dirty. Pool is old needs renovated. Pool views weren’t great of old dirty buildings and apartments. Restaurant dinner food was terrible had to send back. Our suit didn’t have hot water for one day.

Beautiful property close to 5th Ave and all transportation. Everyone was very attentive from front desk, concierge and staff. Breakfast Buffet was exceptional, everything was so delicious. The buffet view was breathtaking. I really can’t say one thing bad about the place. 10 stars all around.

"The hotel is relatively nice and within walking distance of the town. We had room 714 which was ok but there was no proper place to hang your towel as the towel rack was in the shower stall which caused it to get wet easily and the wifi wasn't reliable. Thank God we purchase a sim card with data. ..."
