The room is great. I don’t mind older rooms as long as they’re clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that the air‑con vent cover and bathroom fan cover were very clean — many hotels overlook those areas. The only downside was the bathroom sink. There is visible mould along the top seal, noticeable in the mirror reflection, which made us uncomfortable using it. The toilet is also quite old and the flushing is not very strong.

There was no where to relax outwith the room they would not let us sit in the bar if we were not buying drink

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Yes, it is the cheapest of the three Hong Kong Disneyland hotels, but the lobby and the landscaped grounds are beautiful and luxurious. Shuttle to Disney park or MTR station is easy and frequent. We chose the cheapest room (Mickey & Friends standard) and it was absolutely fine, on the second level with a view of the landscaped gardens. You can pay more if you want a view of the sea. This location and Disney park is highly recommended if you want a more relaxed Disney experience than the high energy intense crowds of Tokyo or Florida.

Yes, I book a ocean view room with balcony, its a very nice view with beach, ocean and mountain.
