Great hotel in a fantastic location. Just a few minutes-walk from the champs Elysees which puts you on the path to the arc de triumph and plenty of shopping opportunities.

The staff was great, the location was amazing and the hotel was absolutely beautiful for our first ever trip to Paris. We were able to walk everywhere , the arc de triomphe, the louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and we were so lucky to have a room with a balcony to watch the sunset and sunrise. This hotel is a true hidden gem and we would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had kindly requested a small Valentine’s detail. Sadly, nothing was arranged. Considering how beautifully Paris embraces Valentine’s Day, it was surprising and disappointing to see no festive touch at the hotel , not even a single rose in the lobby. The location is excellent, but the lack of attention to special occasions made the experience feel impersonal. For that reason, we would not return.

My flight back to US was canceled due to winter storm, booked Aiden BW while in London late at night for some reason when i check in they some reason the date was book is in different date but I am thankful for the Aiden front desk for making it work and have me check in. Thank you so much.

The room was very clean . It’s mins away from the central shopping area . Lots of Japanese restaurants around!

Location is nice and accessible to public transportation. Not too far to walk to Louvre. The neighborhood is nice with a lot of restaurants. The room is quite small but amenities are compact and modern. There is no room service unless you pay extra. The front desk staff are nice and helpful.
