South Florida Beach Vacations

Proximity to the beach was wonderful. Staff was nice. House keeping wasn't great - low on towels, no complimentary toiletries or bottled water, shampoo was empty. Cleanliness was fine, check out line was always long at the front desk. Overall, it was a good stay.

Good hotel but aging infrastructure with shower water temperature hard to adjust and elevators that bounce. That said, I appreciate the kind staff as well as the associated restaurant and rooftop bar. The bar had a great view of the new year's fireworks.

I wanted to love this resort. It’s big and expensive. The beach was crowded due to how the staff packed people into one area as opposed to spreading guests out for a better experience and water views. There was trash on the beach. The room did not have a usable fridge, only one stocked with expensive items to buy. There was also not a coffeemaker in the room. The pools closed at dusk which was annoying. The resort is enormous so nothing is quick or close. I would opt for a boutique hotel or a VRBO on our next visit to Miami.

This hotel has undergone a fabulous renovation and offers great value. The room was super clean and the bathroom was perfect. The on-site staff is wonderful, especially receptionist Christina, who was most accommodating, and the amazing bar team of Lovely and Maria, who gave great recommendations for local entertainment and who were an absolute joy to talk with. Lovely and Maria, you rock! We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Nice room. Courteous staff. If you happen to be there when it is cold, know that they don’t have heat. Toilet plumbing was poor. Three flushes needed.
