Great hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient and the stay was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Good hotel but aging infrastructure with shower water temperature hard to adjust and elevators that bounce. That said, I appreciate the kind staff as well as the associated restaurant and rooftop bar. The bar had a great view of the new year's fireworks.

The room was fabulous. Staff was very helpful. We did have one small issue with our neighbor blasting music, I had a call security twice other than that everything was great.

This is a fine hotel within easy walking distance from the beach and the art deco district. I encountered a gentleman whom I took to be the manager, who was very friendly in pointing out to us features of the property which distinguish it from others, including the fact that it was built above sea level, and has art-deco era lobby floors. Housekeeping was friendly and flawless. Don't leave without checking our the swimming pool on the 4th floor! The room was more reasonably priced than others one block closer to the beach. This hotel is a great, savvy choice for a stay in south beach!
