Cote Chalonnaise Beach Vacations

We stayed there 2 separate nights. After our first stay, we mentioned to the front desk that the room had a sewer smell, TV remote was not working, one of the lights was not working.. so they kindly upgraded us to a "nicer" room for our second night. The room was bigger and did not smell, however it seems like none of their bathroom doors in the rooms fully close and you definitely can't lock them, since the door does not close. The common areas overall look a bit worn out, the place could use a little fix up. The staff was very nice though, and the location is excellent!

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful however this hotel did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The hallway was very dimmed with few lights turning on when walking to your room from the elevator. There was no mini refrigerator or coffee machine in the room as you would expect from a 4 star hotels. There were 2 water bottles on the little table in the room and a safe. The shower doors very poorly installed and no matter what you do water was spilling out from the shower stall to the bathroom floor. The underground garage was good however the exit required assistance as only one door was opening automatically while the second required staff assistance ether through intercom or physically by scanning the staff’s badge. The breakfast location at the restaurant was fine however breakfast selection was extremely limited in comparison to other 4 star hotels. This hotel definitely felt as 3 stars the most and I would be hesitant to stay there again.

great location with easy access to parking. Comfortable bed with all the facilities we needed for a two night stay.
