Beautiful hotel friendly staff great breakfast. Whole place was spotless.

The room was clean. The staff were helpful and polite. The bed was comfy.

Great location and very accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious (for European standards) and the hotel lobby/lounge is a wonderful traditional setting. Had one small hiccup with the gym being closed for renovation, but the Westbury team was more than responsive in trying to make it right.

I liked the fact that I was able to leave my laguage in their office for half a day free of charge after the check out. The staff is extremely helpful. The property is cosy and well equipped. I didn't like the fact that the office is quite far from the property but to be honest it is still a walking distance (half an hour).

It's a great location if you are visiting Dun Laoghaire and there are stunning views. However, some of the balconies in one of the newer builds are concrete, meaning you can't see the view when sitting down, and there is no outdoor furniture. The rooms are pretty tired and in desperate need of a refurb. Beds are very comfortable and the room we had (Executive Sea View) was a great size. Service in the lounge is very slow but the staff are pleasant and helpful.

The room was made up twice per day, which is unusual in most places. Many extra touches made this experience great. The service was the best we have had at any hotel in Dublin. The location is slightly less central, but the service and newness made it worth the extra 3 bus stops.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was in Room 500, which was fine, but at the very end of a super long corridor, which was similar to The Shining. The location is great and you are within walking distance of fun restaurants.
