I stayed in a triple room with two of my friends. One of the main reasons we chose the hotel was because it promised access to three separate beds and larger rooms than other hotels in the area. The bedroom did not disappoint: it was gorgeous (it looked better than the photos) and we had a beautiful view from our balcony.
The bathroom was a little old, and we experienced some difficulties with the temperature of the shower and the bathroom fan. However, the problems were minor compared to the benefits of the hotel location and the already mentioned three-bed room.
The breakfast was nice, and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Something that may be worth noting is that we did not have access to hair conditioner in our room, so it might be worth bringing your own bottle!

従業員は誠実、親切、丁寧であれ。
"話せばながくなるが、このホテルに宿泊の際は注意した方が良い。最初は感じが良く、フロントも非常にテキパキと仕事をこなし、部屋も良かったし、言うことなしと思っていた。しかし、感じはいっぺん、悪いものづくしとなったなっ。1) 冷蔵庫の品に全く手を付けていないのに、一本ジュースを飲んだ、と請求された。勿論触れてもいないので払わす。宿泊前に利用したハロン湾の一泊のクルーズ船Serena号の運営もハロンプラザホテルも同じ会社。クルーズ船で世話になったやり手のマネージャーに、チェックアウト後のハノイ市内までのプライベート・カーの手配を頼んだ。来る時もホテル、クルーザーと同時に往路のハノイからハロン湾までの車を頼んでいたので、同じ車を頼んだが、用意されたのは汚い少し小さい車だった。それは良いとして、費用は往路アメリカドルで90ドル支払ったことは、本人はよく知っているはず。でも、尋ねたので90ドルと教えた。 ..."
