the room itself and common areas were clean and well appointed. the staff were short with us. it was impossible to get an uber. this hotel is not near any tourist attractions. it made getting around hard. luckily we had a car. to get to the harbor from here was 25 minutes by car.

The hotel is exquisite in a wonderful location. I would definitely revisit! Only drawback was the upkeep of the property. Rooms need updating and current furniture needs a bit of tender loving care.

Amazing stay in Amsterdam! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making the whole experience even better.
