Had a croissant and cappuccino every morning in the little bar at the end of the building. Very nice.

Hotel itself good and great for metro connection to the city centre. The area immediately outside the front door was pretty disgusting though - rubbish, including dirty nappies and a mattress were just left lying there for our whole stay. I understand that the hotel isn’t responsible for household waste in the neighbourhood but basic respect for customers and pride in appearance surely should mean someone from the hotel could take measures to stop guests not having to tip-toe through rubbish just to get to the metro 100 metres away.

From checking in to providing information, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and memorable.

We had an amazing experience during our two-week stay! The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and all of the hotel amenities were excellent. The location was also perfect, very central and convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many museums and attractions within walking distance. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality throughout our entire stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

3.5 ⭐️I have mixed feelings about our stay at this hotel. Beautiful architecture and nice staff but felt we paid way too much for so few amenities available. Stayed for 3 nights in May. Location was convenient to the train station. The building is gorgeous…a little bit of a strange layout, but it has such amazing design elements. Our room was cute and had a great view of the canal, but it wasn’t getting cool enough in the heatwave that was occurring. The staff offered to move us to a different room, and it was much cooler. The staff were all so pleasant, except for one person who berated my husband for trying to go to breakfast. He was unaware that I hadn’t purchased the breakfast option, and felt they made a un unnecessary scene about it. I had big issue with the amenities…or lack there of. WiFi was pretty much nonexistent. I figured I would just go use the “business center”, however I couldn’t find it and none of the staff I asked had any idea about one. There were no USB outlets in the room to charge devices. I did not buy an outlet adapter prior to the trip because the front desk was supposed to have them (as stated in their hotel info), but they were out. They did offer to charge my phone in a back office. Finally on the next to last day of our stay, I was able to get to a place to purchase my own outlet adapter. The other huge disappointment, was when we went to use the pool only to discover that it, along with the hot tub and steam room, were “out of order.”

Nice room, brunch in main eating area was nice. Calm and relaxed atmosphere.

La ubicación es excelente y el área es muy bonita. Sin embargo, difiero en la relación calidad - precio. La habitación es más pequeña de lo que pensé. No hay mucho espacio para dejar la maleta y el baño es muy chico. Hay que tener eso en cuenta ya que recomendaría el hotel para estancias de 1 o 2 noches solamente. La habitación en sí es bonita y moderna, y el balcón ayudó a que estuviera más amplia y cómoda por las 3 noches de estancia. Aparte, de los 29 canales de TV, solo 5-6 funcionaban, hasta que pregunté que pasaba en recepción fue cuando me comentaron, detalle ahí
