The hotel is very charming and right on the Main Street in Interlaken. The room was very good though the mattress was too soft for my taste. The staff was cordial and helpful. Interlaken prices are high so I would say the overall value was good to very good, though not great. Also, the hotel did provide tickets for free bus transportation in town. The included breakfast was very good too.

No AC was a problem…no shower in our room either….beds were hard and not comfortable. staff was friendly, room was clean.

Pros - Overall, the apartment was clean and modern. It is spacious with enough storage for our belongings. Convenient location and come with strong working A/C, great feature in summer; also having washer, dryer and functioning kitchen are good features. Cleaners come in everyday to help wash dishes, tidy up, etc. which was nice.
Cons - Dryer was not functional and had to self fix. Shower tiles were grimy and moldy.

To reiterate my rating based on our first impression: excellent location, beautiful, spacious architecture, great amenities, helpful and friendly staff, good food and hours of entertainment watching paragliders sailing into the park across the street.
My wife and I agreed that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at in our 37 years of travel together. Well done. We’ll recommend your hotel to everyone wee encounter who plan to travel in the area.

Excellent apartment hotel with full kitchen. The location it’s next to the train. The staff members are amazing and have many things to eat at the bar. I would definitely stay here next time I visit Interlaken

We had a bad experience at a nearby hotel and changed for our last couple of days here. The contrast couldnt have been more obvious. The Bellevue excellent in every way as a four star hotel. Location by the river with a lovely terrace at the back; especially the staff; and the great rooms with balconies. Big thanks especially to Jurg and Jenny who were always so helpful. highly recommended for a few days in interlaken.
