5 minutes walk to Disney Springs on a covered walkway, clean and staff was very friendly. Really convenient and comfortable.

Our first time there as a staycation and we technically live 20 minutes away. Service was impeccable. The rooms were clean. The whole outdoor area of the bars, pool, and beach or pristine. The staff at all the restaurants were amazing. Food was fantastic. Custom cocktails at Cieba were out of this world. This is a fantastic getaway./we’re out of this world. This is a fantastic getaway/staycation. Worth every penny.

Fantastic hotel, lovely front desk and housekeeping staff.

Very nice room. Very courteous staff. Easy parking

Room ok, but elevator outdated. Charged resort fee, but nothing special to deserve the fee. Staff is friendly.

I asked for a late check-out today, and they told me to call in the morning; the latest check-out is 12:00 pm.

The food was good, the bartender made a fabulous spicy margarita and all the staff was exceedingly nice. I would come here again.

Room was clean and nice, pool was clean and well maintained. We were served for breakfast a scoop of powdered, watery eggs and 3 cold tater tots. Bread served were cheap dinner rolls. Coffee and liquid creamer were both watery and flavorless. We went out for a real breakfast for the rest of our stay.
