The view was amazing! We didn’t want to leave

The hotel was at a great location; not far from the attractions, but also in a quiet neighborhood. It’s was quaint and clean, too, and the staff was very helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, but our first night there the AC didn’t work so we had to tell the reception desk, and it was fixed by the following night. They even offered to put us in a different room, but we declined. The toilet water was also always running all the time which was annoying at night; we just closed the bathroom door and it was fine. I would stay here again though— those were not deal-breakers.

The room was clean, staff very pleasant and helpfull. Issue with the shower operation which generated a lot of annoyance. Did not have breakfast, we were in a small suite and had a kitchen facility if we wanted to use it. It was one night stop over before joining a cruise ship. There are no balconies and there were ongoing road works which will probably be fixed by October..probably would not stay there again as we we prefer a balcony or small outside space.

Everything was excellent! The pool was very clean and lovely! If you are looking to stay somewhere nice to be near Glyfada this is great! The room was clean, the staff so polite and the breakfast was very good!

Our stay was during the renovations to the hotel, but I would recommend staying elsewhere anyway. The staff would have demonstrated better customer service if they responded to the WhatsApp message service if they did not have phone services available. We had called several times with no response before our arrival. Only one functional elevator. Despite a renovated room being available, we were initially assigned a room that had traces of mold, a broken refrigerator and stained sheets. There was a break in the shower wall such that water was leaking into the main room. The staff was able to switch rooms, but maybe initially putting us into a room that was better suited for the customers would have been a better choice.

Lovely hotel central location, but omonia are itself is a little rough around the edges. Staff were amazing and very attentive. Pool is a massive plus in the extreme summer heat but there's a massive lack of beds. They are beautiful beds when you can get one though! Rooms are very small with almost no hanging space and extremely dark, beautiful design but not really practical. Room definitely had drainage issues and frequently smelt bad. People smoking on the balconies and by the pool is awful too. Breakfast is incredible, drinks and happy hour are awesome and the staff really are awesome. Great value for money in summer just a bit rough around the edges.
