Nice room,staff behave good,all facilities are good

Ideally located for us as we were working at the MCEC, plus points are location, roomy apartment, full kitchen and washing machine with a seperate dryer. Unfavourable points are it is on the first floor, right opposite a busy railway line and tram stop, so a bit noisy, but it is in the city, so maybe you expect that. The rooms are big and light with great pillows and bedding, presentation is great, but neither room is incredibly private, one has bi fold doors with clear glass in them and ill fitting blinds to aid privacy whereas the other room has a big hole into the living area, again with an ill fitting blind, but sound from the sitting/dining area is in this room also as this hole in the wall is straight into the bedroom…. Strange setup. The biggest challenge for us though, was the sound of the plant room, probably for the lifts, which runs 24/7 and at night it is loud! I am pretty sure this apartment sits over the plant room as you can hear the pumps/motors running and stopping and to be fair, it kept us awake! In summary, great place to stay as a bunch of girls or couple of guys (mates) short term, but if it was 2 couples it would be challenging and you need some good ear plugs!

The location is great, close enough to everything although nice and quiet.

Check in was simple and the valet parking service very convenient and only $25 more than self parking. Took the breakfast for 2 deal for an additional $40, a saving of $40. Second time at this hotel and very convenient to the crown where we spent our evening.

New property. Room was unique. Heavy focus on natural materials. Oddly, the lobby had an essential oil or candle that was releasing an irritant that was quite irratating to the lungs. Online the descriptions have it as “hypoallergenic”, but with pets allowed and the peculiar lobby issue, I think those with asthma or allergy issues should avoid.

My friend and I had the most amazing stay. Once we realized that the key fob only worked on the floor that the car was parked on, we were sorted. Fabulous views and set up. My only criticism was the pillows. I usually bring my own so will be doing so in the future. We'd definitely stay here again. It was awesome having a car park and the apartment was an easy walk to the city. Hosts were super friendly on check-in, our issue with the key fob and on check-out.
