Easy walking or transport to Melb Central / Bourke Street Mall.
Kitchen was lacking dishwasher tablets, plug for sink; in fact any plugs for bath/ bathroom either. There was no dish drainer either.
Three of us staying and only two towels.
I had to ask for the Expedia perk as they were not to forthcoming.

Staying at the Windsor was like going back in time to a glorious Victorian era. The hotel has well maaintained with a lot a original features. Breakfast in the dining room is a must. Location was second to none. Staff were polite and helpful. Wonderful experience.

Overall for one night, it was an okay property.
There was noise from taps in the bathroom, very limited blinds with heaps of light coming in early morning, the hand basin had been filled with putty and overall poor maintained.
However, the bed was comfortable and it was value for money.
