This place is on their way to a Michelin star. Staff was amazing, ambiance in every part of the hotel was impeachable, the lobby is diffrent and welcoming and the rooftop bar I could sit for hours if I didn’t have to explore the city, and the room…. Unreal for the price. ONLY thing I have to say is toilet paper and that’s an easy fix

Good downtown location and value for the cost. Great brunch menu in the cafe, the turkey sandwich was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Heads up ... daily maid service is upon request. Overall, a great stay.

Liked: location, room, friendly front desk staff, restaurant on site. Disliked: $30/day destination fee (not optional) that forces you to spend $30 at the hotel each day or you loose it, the $30 could not be used towards approximately $70/night valet parking, admitted mistake by staff in communicating breakdown of final charges (had to challenge the bill), then I got home and got an invoice (folio) for $105 of mini bar and snack charges! I took pics before I checked out, so I had proof that I did not consume ANY mini bar or snack options. I had to challenge that fraudulent charge, which was ultimately returned to me after The Jacquard admitted a housekeeping staff error (and I tipped the housekeeping staff!). I left the General Manager a voicemail and never got a return call. I'm probably not their 1st victim in this regard. They are friendly while you're there, but CHECK YOUR BILL AT CHECKOUT & REVIEW YOUR FINAL FOLIO THAT'S EMAILED TO YOU DAYS LATER. I will return to Denver, but I will not stay at The Jacquard. Too much time and energy was spent challenging their mistakes, miscommunications, and/or fraud.
