East Texas Beach Vacations

I selected this property because it looked nice and it was close to MDAnderson. They offered shuttle service which was big in making the decision to stay here. I love this beatifully decorated, clean, boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and don't disappoint. Rooms stocked with an ESPRESSO machine - NOT a coffee machine. I dont like ESPRESSO so this was a bit disappointing not having coffee to drink IN ROOM. I didn't give it 5-stars because the hotel appears to be understaffed. All the staff seem to be working hard, but they need help......from the vallet team to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff. Also, duriing my stay, shuttle service had constant issues and wasn't offering this service. Very disappointing. I dont' believe it's the fault of the staff, it's the lack of enough employees to get the job done and deliver a great service. Blossom Hotel almost got it right -- and I have no doubt that they will get it right in the future.

The hotel had great ambiance from the front lobby to the check-in lobby. The staff was very friendly and responsive which made me feel welcomed. The room was very clean along with the hotel. Location was great too due the park across the street where we had a lovely walk.

The service overall was exceptional, the staff was very professional.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean , spacious beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to the baseball field and local dining.

This hotel is so pretty.. the view from our window was amazing. The lights went out briefly and they handled everything so well. Everyone was so kind, from the front desk to the cleaning staff and room service. We will be back
