East Texas Beach Vacations

The front desk lost my car keys when I gave them to the gentleman who was working. He was supposed to give them to the valet. He didnt. And they were missing for a whole day . Then mysteriously reappeared. It cost me 300.00 dollars for a locksmith to make me a new fob. The refrigerator did not work the freezer did. My experience at the magnolia dallas was not worth what i paid. 3 out of 10 stars.

What a great stay!!! The staff was super friendly. The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was huge with great water pressure. What more could you ask for?? My only “complaint” is that they offer you a free beer at check in, but there are no other options for people that don’t drink. That’s not really a complaint but just something that could be done to be more accommodating. My stay was perfect

The clean room! The wonderful courtesy staff, especially the elder gentleman who is the concierge! The driver who took us to the Galleria! The perfect lady who checked us in! She also gave us a great suggestion on BBQ and she was spot on! Austin’s near the airport! Oh and the persons who waited on us at breakfast!!!!

Excellent place to be snowed in for 4 days. Great staff. Super clean room and hotel. Excellent bar and food.

The staff members were personable, polite and friendly. Wonderful service from Chris, Azreal and Brandy. The location of the property was conveniently located near lots of attractions & the hotel room was very spacious.
