Nice, lively area of Oslo close to the Opera with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was nice and communication, although mostly AI-based, was efficient. The apartment was very hot and the pillows very large/high. Other than that, great value accomodation!

Onsite breakfast was delicious and incredibly convenient before heading into town for the day. Staff seemed unconcerned about checking in and did not tell us any relevant information without asking questions such as times and locations of where things were.

Outstanding location, with a brilliant view over Oslo and the nearby bay. The hotel is placed on a hill, close to walking trails. The reception/ breakfast room is fantastic. Breakfast is extremely good, with a good variety of food and plenty of seating space. Staff at the reception is friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and with a fab view. The only drawback is the car park with extortionate charges. The charging point in the garage is pretty weak, just few kW. Note that the extortionate parking charges need to be paid also while charging.

Great central location. Within walking distance of nearly all the sites of interest.

Absolutely top-notch service. Reception desk staff was extremely helpful with pointers about Oslo and areas near Oslo. We enjoyed our breakfasts everyday, because of the food and — again — superb service. Very clean and cozy rooms. I’d be happy to go back to this hotel.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. I was disappointed that their signature restaurant was closed for summer vacation. The pizza place associated with the hotel had delicious specialty pizzas, which was a nice alternative.

The hotel if fine, convenient, walking distance to major attractions and shopping centers. However, we specifically told the front desk staff that we wanted our room to be cleaned each day. But our room was not cleaned when we were back. They gave us all kinds of excuses.

Fantastic hotel perfectly located in the centre of Oslo. Everything is just a short walk away (10 mins from the station, 10 from the harbour and 10 from the Opera House). The rooms are great, and there is a really nice rooftop bar and downstairs lounge/reception with free coffee. One thing to note is that room cleaning is extra. Had a really good stay and would definitely return.

The Vulcan area is conveniently located. The rooms are compact but contain all requirements. Breakfast although self service is well managed, with an excellent food selection and has a peaceful morning vibe. The Mathallen food and drinks area next store appears an excellent option for dining and socialising.
