Truly an exceptional stay, dare I say one of my top stays at a hotel in the US. Every single member of the staff is service-minded, impeccably trained, and polite. They took the experience to the next level.

Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting.

Room was great just a little dark. The lights in the room are not bright. Other than that, everything was great!

We found that our room was very dusty and the carpet and shower needs a good cleaning!
