We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Canoe & Suites and would absolutely recommend it. Check-in was quick and easy, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was a unique touch I haven’t experienced at other hotels. At check-in, they gave us small containers of fresh coffee, milk, and tea, and throughout our stay we could stop by the front desk to pick up more whenever we wanted. It was such a thoughtful idea, and the coffee was honestly delicious. Little details like that made the stay feel extra special. The mountain view suite was definitely worth it. Waking up to those breathtaking mountain views every morning was unforgettable. The hotel is located on a busy road, so you do hear some traffic when you step out onto the balcony, but the scenery more than makes up for it. The restaurant attached to the hotel was outstanding. Every meal we had was excellent, and we ended up eating there every day because we enjoyed it so much. The only area for improvement would be the rooms themselves. They could use some updating, as the carpet felt a bit dated and the air conditioner was fairly noisy. A few renovations would make the rooms match the overall quality of the property. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The beautiful views, thoughtful amenities, excellent restaurant, and friendly staff made this a memorable stay, and we would definitely come back.

We had an excellent stay. Our room was upgraded upon our arrival to a 3 bedroom mountain view suite! Beautiful condo and view. The condo was super clean, beds were very comfortable, black out blinds were nice and the alarm clock in every room had a wireless charger for phone. The pool was heated and hot tub and pool were clean and had a wonderful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely book here again!

It was an experience of what ordered vs what I got. The pictures on the listing was not what the property was. It should be changed as it was some sort deceitful. Apartment was clean, check in was smooth but the rug in the master bed was badly in screaming of a wash or better still replacement. Not sure if it was about the apartment (suite) I was given or that’s how other apartments are too, but on this stay, for the price paid, my family and I expected more from the reservation. They surely can do better.
