Sorell Boutique hotel Zürichberg was the BEST HOTEL I have stayed in. The hotel is modern, clean, with excellent breakfast buffet available from 6:30 to 10:00. The staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Las Vegas, New York, Paris, Istanbul, Rome and this hotel is better than all of those.

The hotel was very nice! Simeon was absolutely amazing! He had the best customer service ever! Truly very helpful! We stayed here to be close to the stadium so that was very convenient. The downside was there is no AC during the fall/winter, thankfully there was a fan in the room and we brought our own fans still a little toasty. There was also no face wash clothes, just hand towel and bath towels. The shower design was weird, we had a lot of water on the floor but over it was a decent stay.

Staff were very helpful but room could be much cleaner.

An average stay; hotel could do with some regular maintenance. Beds were very comfortable and rooms large and spacious. Fridge in room not working and staff kindly moved me to another room. Fridge in the second room was on but not cooling. I would recommend either taking out the fridges in the rooms or replacing them with properly working fridges. Bath and sink were clogged; staff were very responsive when I reported it and got it sorted. Also noticed ceiling in bathroom had a bit of black (perhaps mould?) spots which could easily be fixed with 1 or 2 coats of paint. Overall an ok stay (comfortable beds, spacious rooms and helpful staff) but hotel management really needs to pay attention to regular maintenance.

When we had to walk to the hotel we were bit worried because we been on 12 hour day trip before arrived. Once we reached the hotel we were so happy. Our luggage’s were already there. Receptionist was very friendly. Stayed in another hotel before come here and staff was very rude. I thought generally people working in hotels are rude😃 But I was wrong Swiss people are soo nice and helpful. So many people helped us to find things Breakfast was good. There were two gentlemen worked in the morning they were so friendly and helpful. Stunning view from the bedroom and tower. I’m so glad I booked this hotel. Overall everything was perfect. I will definitely return.

Truly enjoyed my 5-day stay here. The room was clean, cozy and equipped with basic necessities ( kettle, fridge, TV, hairdryer) and the bed was comfortable. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby. It’s only 3 minutes away from Winterthur train station which can take you to Zurich Central in 20 minutes. They cleaned my room and changed my towels every 2 days. I will stay here again when I visit Zurich.
