When first approaching reception the desk staff ignored us. No greeting. Once acknowledged the exchange was efficient but cool. 3 different staff at front desk at
different times in the day and all were cool and ignored us until approached.
Room was clean. But lighting in bathroom.was ridiculously dim. Contacting reception for questions or help required going down to reception. No in room phone.
No shampoo, conditioner nor lotions. Be prepared.
Have stayed here at this location many times over the years. Very disappointing experience this time.

"This is a clean and quiet small hotel in a residential neighborhood. Guests arriving late or departing early should make arrangements beforehand with the hotel, as it closes up and goes dark then. We enjoyed a fine dinner at the restaurant on the premises."
