Awesome location and property

Super clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the room’s setup with a shower towel warmer, comfortable bed, and a spacious shower. The location is very convenient near many of the architectural sites, restaurants, and shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had warm welcome, very spacious room for family of 5, very clean and location was ideal to get to important areas of Prague, would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommended!

Awesome location and property

Could be so much better as a five start hotel. The elevator broke down for couple hours which was inconvenient. The lounge area always has coffee which is a major plus. Good breakfast. Hotel had a distinct smell that could be improved. Staff is nice. Jacuzzi def not worth the money to ‘rent’ out. It’s in a little corner with views of other roofs. It should be included in the stay or at least included with massage purchase. The steam room wasn’t working two out of the three days I stayed there, the sauna was great. The massage was amazing- two hours Monoi was definitely worth it.
