Room was very clean and the staff was helpful upon check in. It is a unique property and well located. The only thing I would suggest is updating the kitchenette area. The appliances and cabinets were starting to appear worn. Overall great experience. Would stay here again.

The room was beautiful. The special security features, such as swiping room card to use elevator, were top notch. The Breakfast Buffet was phenomenal, filling, and provided a wonderful start to the day. The staff were friendly, accomodating, helpful, knowledgeable. Exceptional service was provided in the breakfast room and at the bar area. I highly recommend your eatablishment

Ideal pour séjourné à Toronto. Près de tout . J’adore cette hôtel . Moins cher que plusieurs autre . À 20 mins de marche du rogers center . 5 min du centre eaton Quelque minute du temple de la renommée.

Superbe apparemment mais service pitoyable auprès de l’hôte. Cette appartement est stylé AirBnb, sans réception. Nous avons attendu plus de 2h avant d’avoir accès à la clé de l’appartement, aucune ligne téléphonique répondait, délais d’environ 5-10 min entre chaque courriel, refuse de m’appeler malgré la demande (5-6 fois).

Location and description were great. Lack of response to clarify how to complete the deposit ahead of time; got back to me on the day of my check-in. Very convenient place to stay, but note for the ladies, lighting is not favourable for makeup!

The check in process was very painful. We did not receive any instructions UNTIL after we showed up to the property and still had to wait over 40 mins, before we got our keys. This was after I had email, called and the security guard called Global Stay. The apartment /bed was clean, but there were smudge handprints on the wall, boards on the floor that were cracked, and toilet paper holder is coming off wall. I asked for late check out (12pm) it was my understanding I had it, but the cleaning team opened the door at 11am. No knock first either. They did leave, but we felt rushed and left at 1130am. Location was great, close to the events we were visiting in Toronto.
