Ganaraska Forest Beach Vacations

It has a feeling of serenity. Great food. Cozy rooms. Good mattress and pillows and dark room in morning. I have stayed several times. Lovely staff.

I loved this hotel. Food, service and staff were excellent. However, I gave it a four not five star rating for one simple reason. I don't understand why hotels install lifts that just before they arrive make a sound like Big Ben chiming on New Years Eve (I'm from England). The noise was far too loud. People aren't stupid. They know the lift has arrived when the doors open! My room was near the lift and I'm a light sleeper. I had three nights of broken sleep. No fun 😣.

My stay at the Canopy by Hilton Toronto – Yorkville was very good overall. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the electric-operated lighting and drapes — a great added convenience. I booked a wellness room, and having a Peloton right in the room was a huge bonus. It allowed me to work out privately after my conference instead of heading down to the gym. One area that could use improvement is housekeeping. They didn’t come by regularly, and I had to call down twice during my four-day stay. Additionally, the water refill station on my floor wasn’t working, and there was no sign indicating it was out of order. It took a bit of effort to figure out where I could refill my water bottle, as the working stations were on other floors. Overall, it was a good stay, and with a few small enhancements, it could be even better.

Great location. Close to mall, restaurants and sites to see. Beautiful accommodation. Quick check in. Great lobby and lounge; other than service to order … felt ignored. I suppose if I sat at the bar and not a table, I’m sure it would have been different.

I liked everything about this hotel. The best.

Staff were very friendly and the room was clean.
