Front desk Staff will use text message to check on your stay. The staff response promptly and will really think of solution to fix the matter such as WiFi issue.
The cleaning staff are very polite & genuine to greet guests that walk by and even double check whether they need any room cleaning services.
When they promise to buy back some items that not available in their cart yet, they will bring back later… Very professional

The shower curtain doesn't close properly, so the bathroom floor is always wet after shower.
The hotel building is shared with TownPlace. The amenity is nice. Swimming pool wasn't too crowded. The gym is big. There was parking fee for $8 a night.
In addition, i don't know why i was being charged $7 a night for extra guest when it said room is for 4 people.
