Pelee Island All inclusive Vacations

The Breakfast was great and the staff were good.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a king-size bed that was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved associating with the students that stay here. Nice restaurant with great food. Lovely garden area. Not as close to the tour destinations as we thought so we took taxis but avoid 9am and 3pm heavy traffic. Daily room cleaning could be improved.

Unfortunately, we got there late and we only got to sleep and wake up early in the morning to catch our flight, but it was a beautiful hotel, clean modern and relatively close to Rome airport

We had an incredible stay.. special shout out to Chris, who met us when we arrived, help us unload our luggage…showed us to our room and gave us plenty of great recommendations in the area….was warm friendly and such a pleasure to be around….he made sure we had whatever we needed. Kyle behind the front desk was warm and friendly and always helpful.. breakfast was delicious and our waiter.. ( who was born and raised in the Bronx) was attentive and friendly… we will definitely be returning!!!

Getting the shuttle from the airport was a mess. I would not stay here again. With the amount I spent on taxis after the hotel bungled my shuttle pick up, I would’ve saved money by shelling out for the Airport Hilton. The shuttle does not have the hotel’s name on it, so I had to ask every single driver who passed by if they were there for Rome Airport Hotel Fiumicino. Waited from 12 PM onwards for a 1 PM shuttle (their first one of the day). No luck. The front desk’s advice was to continue waiting until the next (2 PM) shuttle came. Taxis for such a short trip were all €30 plus. Uber was closer to €100. The Hotel contracts out for shuttle service and has no real time information about where the shuttle is. Also cannot communicate to the shuttle that there are a certain number of pick ups waiting or the names of the people they need to wait for. A really chaotic arrival. The room is fine for a very short overnight. If you plan to go into Rome at all, do not stay here!! You’d need to walk, take a bus back to the airport, and finally take a regional train into Rome. There was hair in the bidet when I arrived. The shuttle back to the airport left five minutes late.

The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was pretty good.

Super convenient location and clean hotel. The layout was good so the room didn't feel as small as most nyc rooms feel. They did not have makeup wipes and shower caps like most other hotels I have stayed have in big cities-but the other toiletries there were great.
