Treigny All inclusive Vacations

This hotel was an excellent option for my family of 4. Our room was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was an easy walk to the Seine with many dining options. Access to the Metro was also very convenient and walking around we discovered many small shops nearby.

Such nice people and experience for our first trip to Paris. Booked last minute and so glad I did! Had amazing pastries and drinks every day with a beautiful quaint aesthetic. Room was great and service was absolutely lovely!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff was not very friendly, they acted inconvenienced when I asked a question. I can understand that in other places, but this is a hotel.. supposed to be for tourists.. so I just wished they were nicer to me.

Overall the property was excellent including location, condition and the amenities. However, one thing that was lacking was a warmth from the staff especially from the front staff. They were no way mean or nasty. It just seemed sterile and generic compared to its competitors who were more on the personal level. I would think hotel in this level, this item should be the foremost. May be it was one off thing, least I hope.

Amazing air conditioning even with it 30C/90F+ outside! Very walkable and easy to get to from Gare du Nord!

Typically, I prefer to stay on the other side of the Seine, but wanted a convenient location for my son’s first trip to Paris. Extremely walkable and within 500 feet of the Metro. Ubers were challenging through no fault of the hotel, as streets were blocked due to a music festival across the street at the Jardin Des Tuileries. The staff was incredible, providing amazing service, responsiveness, recommendations, and water — thanks to a considerable heat wave throughout the city. We will definitely stay here again.

The check in process went well. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the hotel which we found odd. Everything you enter you have to give your room number and receive your key again. The hotel is about a 13 min walk from the metro station, which is convenient. My husband found women’s hair rolled into a ball in his clean towel (this was not mine). There is no safe, which is a must when traveling (passports and extra cash). We were supplied with one bottle of water in the room when we checked in. I assumed they would replenish it daily but they did not.

Clean property, great location, nice staff. No place to unpack anything. Very small room but nice bed and bath.
