German Wine Route All inclusive Vacations

Staff were fine, just very minimal with communication. The property was located one block over from the red light District in Frankfurt. No hate to that kind of a situation just that it was a drug infested area of the city. There were literally people shooting up drugs sitting on the sidewalk outside the entrance. The parking garage was expensive, not well marked. And was so tiny and so tight. It was terrifying to even get in and out of and someone hit our car while it was parked down there. AC was terrible. There was barely any hot water. We had this same property booked for later on in our trip here and we canceled and booked a different hotel.

Friendly and helpful staffs, clean and spacious room, near to U station & REWE market + cafe and restaurant within walking distances👍 Would recommend this hotel to anyone 👌

The breakfast provided was very good, and the staff were helpful. The room, however was a little dingy and dated. The thermostat had a mind of its own and we were either freezing or too warm.

I like the location. The hotel is very quiet. It is a bit dated but it is still very nice. Wish they had better toilet paper.

Our room that we were in was old and actually had mold in the room. My wife took a picture and they moved us. Also the amenities of a free minibar felt like that the room we had was a scaled down minibar with some water and beer and when they then gave us a different room because of the mold, we saw the real minibar. Like I said I felt this was managed by the staff, because of what we paid for the room trough Expedia very disappointing and not at all the experience we had at the Steigenberger in Konstanz, also not a five star experience.

Staff, price, location were all very good.
