Mountain States All inclusive Vacations

The room was clean with a nice shower, but there was no microwave, even after i requested one at front desk. We had a fridge in room, but no microwave. We were also charged $10.99 per day parked in the ramp at the north tower. Should be free because we were charged $150 in resort fees.

The check-in, check-out process was an great experience. The hotel software checked me out before my scheduled check-out time. TI might want to give a software update some consideration . Overall, I enjoyed staying at TI. The noise levels on the casino floor were more muted than, for example, at the mad house that is Caesars Palace, which was much appreciated.

Although we there just for a night, we were happy that we booked in that hotel. Kudos also to th front desk staff who was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed that we checked in at 7pm but room wasn't ready until after 10pm and it took 2 trips back to the front desk.

Great room, amenities, a fab online system that makes for quick check in and out, and services while you’re there.
