Overrated. A lot of kids. Overpriced, and they do everything to squeeze money out of you. For instance, they stock the fridges so that you cannot put in your own personal water, left overs, etc. the items in the fridge are on sensors so if you move anything to put your personal items in, you get charged. Also for how much you pay, the amenities in the room were subpar. Outdated TVs with no streaming service. No robes or slippers, etc. dirty windows. The whole room lacked the luxurious feel, which you pay for.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was a studio suite, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and very friendly. We only had a problem with the hot water on the last night but we let the staff know so they could correct the problem. Overall I would def recommend staying there, especially for long family trips as the onsite amenities are great.

One the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

I had a great time at this resort with my family. Guest service was magnificent. We took a tour of the resort, and it was clean, parking was secure, and our room was spacious and clean. I would recommend staying here if you are going to any of the Disney parks.
