It was a lovely stay and I will likely come back. The staff were lovely and attentive. Th3 cafe on-site was lovely as well as the staff. There was dog poop/pee on the pool deck which was removed by cleaning but it was a turn off. Please put signs around your pool for dog guests to prohibit this behavior. .

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, my balcony was VERY cool…but there were no available amenities on the grounds. The advertised restaurant is no longer open, and the one cafe on site keeps limited hours. The rooms are also sparse and very open so you can hear EVERYTHING as everything echos. There also isn’t nearby golf anymore. But other than that gorgeous grounds and fantastic staff.

Decent hotel for a short stay. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy and the decor in the lobby is very nice. When it came to the room the bed was very comfortable and plenty of space in the room however, I felt kind of crammed in the shower. The balcony has a nice view but it’s a very small balcony and there’s no privacy with the other balcony’s next to you. Also, daily house keeping is on request for an additional charge. All in all, I would stay again but only for a short stay.

This hotel brings you back in time with their retro vibe and it's done really well. The entry and loby is a nod to the many famous patrons of the past. The rooms are very clean and spacious and contine the retro theme with the deco. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely stay here again!

This should not be called a resort, nothing resort of it. It’s also run down and needs a refresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our tv did not work in our room so they had to switch it from another room.

Classic Hotel

Beautiful hotel. I had a great balcony view, beds were comfortable and very clean, however the hotel doesn’t have the best parking especially for a surburban. But if you want a little getaway with your family that’s a great start.

My stay at Chateau Mar was great! My room was clean, the facility itself was clean. The food at the tiki bar was amazing! The retro decor was cool. There’s a vintage record player in the room with a collection of records. Very cool hotel.
