Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to everything

Clean accommodations in super location close to Earls Court station. It's small but sufficient. The sofa bed is not very comfortable but the double bed upstairs is fine. Best for two people only.

Some rooms that are sold as suites are just not anywhere close to that.

The staff was exceptional - very helpful and made us feel well cared for!

Location is wonderfully central to parliament, palace and metro. Very comfortable room and space. Staff was super kind and helpful

This was a great property right next to the train station. It was very clean and a nice sized room.

Absolutely disgraceful. From the 11 messages demanding we send online copies of Passports. The room was terrible. The pictures are in no way a true representation. Misleading in every way. Basement view with a view to a wall. “Superior”. Staff disinterested - only came alive to rudely demand our key whenever we left. The continuous - every 3 minutes - tube until approx 2am. No your website doesn't say how bad it is. There was a very small footnote about the age of the building - which took ages to find and nothing on Expedia. No light. A dark dismal room unfit for human habitation. Very dangerous to get down the stairs. Should be ashamed. Uninterested staff when checking in. Why did you not let people know of the building work. I have dust allergies. Should be closed down. Avoid at all costs. At 56 years of age, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photo was taken at 7.30 before we left. The good ? Err - location.

I genuinely had a really lovely stay here. I’ve watched it have a total refurb for the past 18 months and was looking forward to staying there. I wasn’t disappointed. The rooms were brand new, I don’t believe anyone had stayed in mine as the steamer was still boxed! Well designed, had one of the best sleeps in London (I stay for business), probably due to the inner door from the corridor. Breakfast was a lovely affair. Nice space, music a tad too loud but the food quality and service was very good. I had poached eggs on avocado toast, I asked for a side of bacon (which was a surcharge of about £6 - which seemed steep for 2-3 rashers of crispy bacon). I’ll definitely stay here again on business and would also recommend a leisure hotel.
