place is beginning to look a bit tired. Iron was broken in the room. Room was booked by me in my daughters name as shared room for 1 night. Staff would not let my wife who arrived first check in until i had changed the booking online. Never even offered her a coffee or tea but expected her to wait for 2.5 hrs to check in it seems. Could be a) more sympathetic and b) helpful to a guest waiting to check in..

Clean room and bed was comfy and housekeeping was good as well. The front desk were cordial. A/c and kitchen was nice. Great location. The hotel was quiet. Good stay overall.
