Absolutely loved the view of Manila bay, room was clean tidy, staff was fantastic, anything needed was provided, great commutation from all the staff

The hotel was well decorated and very cozy. The staff will absolutely impress you with there great hospitality and smiles throughout the whole hotel.

Bath towel had stain on it. Face towel not available. Robe looks overly used. Breakfast buffet selection average compared to other five star hotels I've stayed before. Some of the local delicacies ran out at 8am.

Spacious, beautiful place

Rooms were decent, location close to the airport, but the staff let it down, especially at the restaurant they were very off putting, unprofessional, rude, disgenuine, when we asked for their managers name, their response was 'i dont know the name of the manager', front desk reception could also be improved with clear communication and faster service, also heavy security presence upon entering the hotel, this might be a Manilla wide thing , overall ok but few improvements to be made

My wife and I rented a studio with a kitchenette, washer and dryer for about a month. The place was clean, quiet, highly secured. The staff was very friendly and welcoming just the way anyone would like to be treated. The view from our room was very nice, the Pasig river and the surrounding skyline very impressive. Our room included an assigned parking space. Next to the living quarters is a huge shopping mall, grocery and world class shopping and dining. Public transportation is also available. Highly recommended place stay!

Really nice coY hotel close to power plant mall

This is my second time checking in this place. And all i can i say I totally love it. The room is spacious, they also have utensils, kitchenware that you can use if you wanna cook your meal. The pool is great as well. And this place is also very close to Malls and other popular places in Manila. lastly i love this place because of the Host. It was very easy communicate with the host. The host is very nice and accomodating. Will definitely recommend this place and I will surely use this again next time.
