9/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and appreciated the convenience of the nearby places. However, the breakfast was consistently disappointing. There were a few safety concerns with the property. The floor in the dining hall was broken, and the faucets in the steam shower were overly forceful, making it difficult to enjoy the sauna and steam. These issues were the main reasons I chose this hotel.

8.8/10 Excellent! (900 reviews)
I did not think the hotel was worth what I paid for. Pretty pricey. The staff was not very welcoming when I arrived. No smiles whenever we'd come and go. Very disappointed. Also, the room was very small. The plus side is it was close to the metro. The train is very close to the duomo and historic center.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,010 reviews)
The staff were very kind to me, something I really appreciated as a single traveller. And the breakfast is outstanding! And a very good deal indeed for €10! As I requested, I got a quiet room and that really helped me to feel comfortable in my room.

The property is centrally located which is nice. Staff were friendly but the aircon in the room did not work properly and it was very difficult to sleep
