「Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. 「レセプションエリアも広く綺麗で好印象です。 ただ客室が多い割にエレベーターは２機だけで、エレベーターホールはいつも人だかりでした。結局、多くの場面で４階まで非常階段を利用しました。 部屋も清潔そうですが、先客の体毛などがあり、あまり良い印象ではありませんでした。 レセプションやレストランのスタッフはフレンドリーでした。」

The owner and his family members were all kind and friendly, and the foods were very delicious, especially the mountain cheese, ham, and salami. We enjoyed them every morning and every evening with good wine. We shall never forget their kind hospitality.」
