Beautiful resort like hotel with great staff and service. It wasn't very busy during our stay, which made it seemed a bit weird but at the same time we appreciated the sereneness and peacefulness of the place. Welcome fruits and housekeeping was top notch.

Despite being in operations for more than 30 years, the condition of the hotel and facilities is still well maintained and functional. We especially like the thoughtfulness in providing guests with the free use of the laundromat service (although guests need to purchase/bring their own detergent), good quality toilet paper, toilet amenities, interesting selection of tea in the room, provision of recyclable bags and sturdy bedroom slippers.
Location of the hotel is impeccable as it's just next to the subway and 2 streets away from the central shopping area. There is also a convenience store on the ground floor. The staff manning the concierge were very helpful and patient in attending to guests queries and requests.
If the hotel can improve on the efficiency of the lifts, it will be perfect.
