Family of four. Teenagers. 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. In room washer dryer combo. Room was clean, hotel was quiet, can't complain. It was our first time in Japan so I didn't know what to expect. After visiting the busy and crowded neighborhoods of Shibuya and Shinjuku, I was really happy we stayed here because the area was is so quiet. I'll consider staying here again if we ever go back.

We have stayed at two MONday properties in Tokyo, and have absolutely loved both of them. The service is fantastic, the rooms are clean, and the value can’t be beat. Already thinking about our next trip!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful!! The staff was helpful and spoke good English. The restaurants had delicious food. There is even a 7-11 on the property as well. No need to bring hygiene items because they provide you with everything. Even a hairbrush. You have slippers and clean nightshirt that they bring you every evening during turn down service. I can’t say enough about this hotel.

Very nice hotel accommodations during my stay in Tokyo. The staff was awesome, the hotel was extremely clean and there were several restaurant options onsite. One of the things I enjoyed most are the views of the city from my hotel room. I would definitely consider staying there again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Great hotel for families, first timers and those who want to be close to the center but not in it. The room was great, all amenities upgraded for use to travelers from all parts of the world. They offer a good turn down service, and offer a huge in-room dining service, with all types of cuisine available. You don’t have to leave the hotel - they have all types of restaurants on site. Taxis line up right outside with the staff helping you as well. And it’s walkable to a train station as well. All in all, a great choice. The facilities might feel a little dated but it more than makes up with the friendly staff, updated facilities and technology. We also got to avail their lounge services with our package & didn’t miss anything! Great breakfast buffet, lunch & cocktails. Loved it!

Perfect stay. Staff are so helpful. Everything almost provided

Where do I even begin, trip was going great the first week out of the two weeks I booked. But things got sloppy towards the end, house keeping provided dirty sheets around week two for my party of 3. Which proves they certainly aren’t consistent, oh and if you need language assist over the phone, English staff isn’t available till 1:30 in the afternoon. The Japanese guests are racist to anyone who isn’t Japanese. Laundry room is cramped and anytime you do laundry in the washer it has a weird odor. The dryer isn’t any better since it always shoots out huge dust bits whenever you open it so it gets in your mouth and eyes. Don’t bother with the mediocre breakfast buffet as it’s overpriced for bland and limited option food. Can’t even season eggs properly nor can they do that for potatoes, soup, noodles, etc. The staff at the buffet don’t know English and will not attempt to use a translator but just shake their head and pretend your not there. This hotel is the price it’s at for a reason. You get what you paid for.
