Beautiful property, wonderful staff, comfortable beds, pillows, bedding. Great views of the ocean. Loved our stay!

We booked a two bed suite with patio and firepit - and so glad we did as the room was gorgeous and huge with two terraces. And although it’s just above street level we had a great view of the beach and the pier which we loved. The service was impeccable (when they serviced our room they tidied our charging cables with little leather cable ties and put bookmarks in our books). The pool area was nice with loads of beds, although the pool itself is small! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only drawback was the check in process. Waiting in line, over an hour to check in is unacceptable. All the kiosks to check in were closed as well. This is a deal breaker for ever staying there again. Such a shame for an otherwise enjoyable property.
