Breakfast --- really excellent

Nice clean rooms, helpful staff and good location.

This was an excellent hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and it’s in a really great location. The only complaint I have is no air-conditioning. It’s absolutely smothering hot, we did have a small fan and we could open the windows, but that just made it very noisy. Just something travelers should know when you’re traveling through most of Europe there is no air-conditioning whatsoever and it does get quite warm in the summertime.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff, excellent location. The only negative was that the windows are single glazed so it was noisy at night. Our first night was a Saturday and the second night Norway had just beaten Brazil in the World Cup so maybe it's not always that noisy. At least the locals can sing

Beautiful hotel! We stayed as we were flying out the next morning! Not a lot of restaurant options, but lovely view!

Hotellet har blitt veldig fint etter renoveringen. Frokosten var nydelig og så flott at hotellet har fokus på matsvinn♻️ Noen små innkjørings detaljer som helt sikkert kommer mer på plass når hotellet har vært åpent noe lenger. Vi kommer helt sikkert til å bo her igjen, så kun små detaljer som trakk litt ned.

1. We tried beds in 3 different rooms and all were awful. Completely warn out with no support. 2. Asked concierge to recommend a kayak trip but didn't know anything about it. 3. All of the rooms and public spaces needed cleaning and updating. Broken trim on the internal stairs in the lobby. Really shabby. 3. Breakfast was absolutely great!

Well Organized home with all the amenities Host was very communicative and provided all the needful tips! Breakfast at apent bakery was awesome Thanks Bob!

Hotel is centrally located. 4 Staff at front desk are helpful. 4 Buffet breakfast is a nice option considering how expensive the city is. 5 Rooms are quite small and bed sizes are also small. We booked a family room for four and it was a tight squeeze. Two twin beds and a sofa bed. I was under the impression it would be at least a queen bed. 3 Also being that it is a central location, rooms facing the station are quite nosy at night. 2 This is important since the window needs to be opened for cooling the room.

Absolutely incredible spa. We tacked on an additional two days at the end of our trip because we loved it so much. The spas, pools, hot tubs, steam rooms and rituals are all incredible. The breakfast is amazing and we looked forward to it every morning. Easy bus ride to/from Oslo. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Would stay here again! The included breakfast had great variety and plenty of good food options, although the buffet was a bit chaotic in its layout. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. No air conditioning though. Staff were friendly and helpful.
