Very nice boutique hotel, conveniently located not far from the Harbor and other attractions. Very nice and professional staff, with all the amenities and a great breakfast. Excellent experience, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The displeasure items from my stay were: No A/C on July hot days...apology by staff is that the units were not working...no ice machines on the floors as they were malfunctioning....malfunctioning telephone system had all units removed from the rooms-so you could not call down in an emergency or for ice...but reportedly there were "BOXES" that were Bluetooth enabled to contact the front desk....yet my room had not yet been graced with it . The breakfast was amazing covering multiple cultures so all were happy-with a minor exception of getting eggs hard scrambled-but they were upfront they were not wanting to do that. The largest single item was the removal of my passport from the room necessitating a day at the US Embassy for and emergency passport for travel home.

Amazing place to stay! The spa was incredible and the breakfast even or so!

This hotel is well located, a short walk from the Royal Palace and there is a tram stop very close by. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing a map and pointing out local attractions. You need to request if you would like your room cleaning. The breakfast was varied and plenty of choice replenished regularly. No air conditioning at this hotel which normally wouldn’t be a problem. We visited during a heat way but a fan was provided in the room. We had to shut our windows at night due to tram/train noise. The bathroom is a wet room but very effective. Beds very comfortable and the fridge was a great addition with ice available on the floor by the lifts.

Best location close to all major city attractions.

Lovely surprise with breakfast We had lovely breakfast at nord Very unique decorations and food Accommodation is very nice clean modern Unfortunately we are in Oslo during the hottest day so very hot to relax in the room Overall excellent place to stay
