Wonderful property, close to the metro with great room, service, and breakfast!

Breakfast was amazing, rooms spacious and staff very friendly

The breakfast was hearty and had fresh veg and fruit, but the veg was the same every other day (sauteed tomatoes or mushrooms), so got old after a while. Also, the room has zero privacy so unless you're solo or with someone you don't mind watching you shower and toilet - I mean literally watching through clear doors - then it is suboptimal. I also don't love showers that you have to be inside to turn on, thus ensuring being sprayed with cold water. The room was "form"/style over function IMHO

The hotel is very outdated, dusty, and difficult to navigate. We have stayed at much better properties in Amsterdam.

The Andez was extremely beautiful and a lovely place to stay over, will seek out Andez again!!!

Location is great. Property is historic. However, for the price (about $579 per night), the room was just ok. The worst part was that view was literally one of what looked like drainage pipes and and AC vents. Very disappointing and not a good value for money. Kept the window closed the whole time which was depressing. I'd recommend staying elsewhere and just visiting the hotel for brunch or a meal. I would not stay here again. The staff was very prompt, friendly and super helpful.

I want to thank the staff at The Delphi! They went above and beyond to help with railroad failures, ideas of where to go, and always a hello and a smile. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this hotel/townhouse rental. This will be my go to place to stay in Amsterdam. I highly recommend this to travelers because it’s a lovely area that is just a quick jump on the tram to get anywhere but yet you can easily find a great joint around the corner to eat, relax, and people watch. Thank you to the Delphi you helped my adventure in Amsterdam become a Fantastic one!! See you soon

This is an amazing hotel. Absolutely beautiful, great bar, fantastic location (right on the canal, just around the corner from Ann Frank’s house). The staff was extremely helpful on a number of occasions and the bar staff is wonderful. The room was gorgeous - we upgraded to a room with a big tub, and it was worth it. Regarding accessibility: the hotel has an elevator, but you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get in the hotel, another short flight to get to the elevator, and then another short flight once you get out of the elevator. I think there were 20 stairs to get to our room, even with the use of the lift. This was disappointing because my wife has an injured knee, but we managed. If a guest were wheel chair-bound, this would not be an accessible hotel. It’s a beautiful, historic building from the 1600s, so they get a pass, but if you can’t do stairs, be advised.
