Excellent check-in and pick-up experience. Pity that we could use the public pool as it is peak season. The villas was in good condition and the buffet bf was good too.

This place has a special place in my heart! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. A massive thank you to Karin who always got us to try new dishes during breakfast and always smiling ! The other lovely ladies at breakfast ( sorry lost the paper with the names ) were also very nice to us. So close to everything and the ambiance is 10/10. I would definitely stay here again !! We really enjoyed our time here. A beautiful property. Certain areas were closed in the pool area which was a bit less grand as the pictures. There are also kitchenettes that they don’t want to to use unfortunately. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

Nice place, exterior properly maintained, villas are a little awkwardly designed. Materials show some major defects i.e. doors difficult to close bcos they are so twisted (almost 4in twist between lower and upper sides) Big black cloud is that thei male staff would absolutely gain in having some sexual harassment awareness lessons). Their manager rather that act on it was so utterly incompetent that tried to lie it way out to the level of producing fake legal justification. Unbelievable! Never got any type of apology from it. A manager with a serious grasp of what hospitaly and service mean would be recommended.

The staff is what makes this property. The service is amazing. They booked my tours for me and recommended places to eat. They also communicated with all my drivers and ensured that we get to where we needed to go. Tony went above and beyond and he truly made our stay outstanding. We were a bit early for check in so we took advantage of the spa services. The massages were great! I recommend you stay here if you want a more personable service.

Restaurant I nice but would be better if air conditioning was used, we did say our bed and sleep was good however bed was not to our liking (this doesn't mean the bed was bad or damaged though it was just too firm for us), the pool could have done with some better music instead of generic elevator music, also making sure that the tables for in between the beds at the pool for a couple to share would be nice (vs the tables being at the end and having to crawl into the chairs because they are all too close together). Overall it is a nice place and we would recommend it as it's convenient and walkable to everything you would want to see
