We loved this hotel. It is centrally located and a great base for getting around the city. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, wine down time, and access to snacks. We couldn’t fault the hotel and will stay again. The staff are also kind and helpful. Thank you.

The only thing we didn’t like was the front of the hotel was not very clear so finding the main entrance wasn’t easy but the hotel itself was lovely .

Yeah, it was nice. Real nice. Breakfast was a real letdown though. They have a drink machine in the arcade area next to the foyer that is amazing, from coffees, to energy drinks, dessert frappes and bubble tea! I’d come back just for that alone! I’d just have breakfast elsewhere. Great staff too. Very helpful, kind and courteous- 10x ⭐️’s for the staff!

NOISE from club next door was beyond belief.
It drowned out the earthquake.
It didnot stop till 6am Sunday.
Even been shifted to other side of hotel did not diminish the vibrations noise...louder yhan 1975 film Earthquake...
Do not stay Friday or Saturday night....
I have slept on Stromboli (live volcano) that was bliss compared to this hellhole
