Wow. Hidden gem. Great suite, so big and comfortable. The choice of pillows was insane. Breakfast best we have ever had. Staff were amazing especially at the bar in the evening. Do not hesitate to book this lovely hotel.

Very nice place. Pool is clean and comfortable to relax. Staff are friendly. Bathroom is spacious and split design. Many great restaurants in walkable areas.

The rooms are not properly cleaned at all. Found a used contact lens upon arrival. Later on found a hair clip in the bathroom. Everything else is good.

I absolutely loved my stay at Meliá Berlin. If you are prioritizing Museum Island and major attractions like the Brandenburg Gate this hotel is in a fantastic location. The train station nearby also makes it incredibly easy to get around the city or take a nice day trip. The hotel itself is stylish and has a feeling of luxury. When I return to Berlin, I would happily book this hotel again!

Quick walk to Zoo and Tiergarten and Buses 100 and 200 are convenient. The front desk staff were great - very helpful

easy to get public transportation got to main attraction from hotel by bus and metro within 20min away from tourists price was excelente. Michael front desk manager goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable
