Sipan Island All inclusive Vacations

Whilst this isn’t a private villa, the owners live on the top floor, it is very spacious and with full and exclusive use of all facilities, feels private. Fully recommend the winery for a meal and fine wine, 2 minutes walk from villa.

We loved this villa. It had everything you could need and is located in quiet location but close to a nice village and several excellent restaurants.

Beautiful view from the room, and the restaurant staff were lovely. That's where the positives end. The room itself is dated, and the window AC unit was loud and didn't cool at all. There's no concierge service, and the front desk staff seemed neither knowledgeable nor particularly interested in helping. At $900 a night, the stay didn't come close to justifying the price. Won't be returning.

Dube is an amazing and welcoming host, and the property is beautiful. It has been completely renovated inside and the care and attention to detail that went into the renovation are exceptional. The location is great too - views of the city walls and close to lots of great restaurants and sights. I'm very particular about where I stay, and I couldn't be happier with this choice. We'll definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We travel a lot and shave stayed at many luxury hotels. This one stands out with the hospitality of the staff, care with with they have put together the property to the finest detail and the ideal location with a 5 minute walk to pile gate. Couldn’t recommend this property enough.

Excellent gym , spa and indoor pool area. Direct access to beach for swimming. Breakfast ok. Hotel very clean.

Immaculate, good location, comfortable. A bit of a snafu getting to apartment from airport but very helpful housekeeper present upon arrival.
