Staff were all so friendly and professional. Room was fantastic for a compact double room excellent facilities an cleanliness. Bathroom was very small however it was functional and done to a very impressive standard with fixtures and fittings.

Clean and comfortable rooms, although bed was a little on the hard side for me personally. Excellent noise insulation despite being in a very busy area. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Couldn’t get much hot water in the shower. Has an induction cooktop but no induction compatible cookware. Otherwise okay

Beautiful clean room. The hotel is very modern and crisp. Staff very accommodating.

We stayed one night with dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately there was a long waiting time for our breakfast ( approx 50 mins) Staff apologised about wait time which was fine but when breakfast finally arrived, it was cold which makes me wonder if food was actually ready but just wasnt brought out. We couldn't wait for food to be re cooked as had a train to catch . The serving staff were very attentive but coldness of food spoilt our dining. Doorman Pascal went above and beyond by directing us to our waiting transport some distance from the hotel, excellent customer service.

Great views and a pleasant stay overall. The panorama is truly beautiful and definitely the highlight. The spa is very nice and new, and exceeded expectations. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is that the rooms feel slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

A simply wonderful stay in a fantastic location. Service is outstanding, rooms are charming and lovely, beds are comfortable, and the food is excellent. I would stay again! Wish I could go back right now!
